Common questions
How long does a request take?+
We aim to process every request within 30 days (the GDPR requirement). Most are done within 5 business days, and you'll get an email confirmation once complete.
What data do you hold about me?+
Your email address, name (if you gave one), marketing consent preference, IP address, and user agent. We also log email delivery status. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Is deletion permanent?+
We soft-delete first — your records are marked deleted and hidden immediately. After 90 days they're eligible for permanent removal. We keep deletion event logs for 7 years as compliance proof.
Can I just stop the marketing emails?+
Yes. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or choose "opt out of marketing" below. We'll remove you from marketing within 24 hours — your data stays, we just stop emailing you.
What if I'm not happy with your response?+
You can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority — the OAIC in Australia (oaic.gov.au), the California Privacy Protection Agency in the US, or your national authority in the EU/UK.
